Terms of Service
Besotted AI is a service for adults age 18 and older. By using it, you confirm that you are at least 18 and agree to these terms. If you are under 18, please leave the site.
Fictional AI conversations
Characters and their conversations are fictional. Replies may be generated dynamically, and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unexpected. Do not rely on them for professional, medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice. If you need urgent help, contact appropriate local emergency services or a qualified professional.
Your account and messages
You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Please provide accurate account information. You keep any rights you have in the messages you submit, and allow us to process them as needed to operate the service and generate replies. Do not submit information you are not allowed to share.
Acceptable use
Do not use Besotted AI for unlawful activity, to harm or exploit others, to violate another person's rights, or to interfere with the service. We may suspend or remove accounts used for abuse or violations of these terms.
Characters, media, and availability
Character designs, conversations, and media are provided as part of the service for personal use. Access to characters, features, and unlocked media may change or end. We may update, pause, or discontinue parts of the service.
Limits of the service
We provide the service as available and do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent allowed by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses from using the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
Account deletion and contact
You can ask for account deletion through Support. You can also use Delete account on your Account page to remove your account and related app data. See our Privacy Policy for more about data handling. Contact us through Support with questions about these terms.
